My cough isn't that bad. The congestion is uncomfortable, but nothing to stay in bed over.

It is a brutal workout. Twist and pivot with a medicine ball makes me wanna quit after 330 seconds.

I have trouble at the end, though. Getting 15 pullups on my last set is almost impossible.

I started strapping a 20 pound vest when I do pullups so when I get to The Challenge I feel like a damn ape.

Nice idea! Hard to believe that I started at 6 pullups in P90X. That was the first set. By the end, I was using the chair.

I'll try to find my before photo. I went from 183 lbs to 165 lbs. I went through P90X, Insanity, and now P90X3.

I went from 208 to 165.
I did P90X2 a few times, T-25, and X3 a few times.
I found this workout by Sean (super swole guy from The Challenge in X3). It's a hybrid schedule of P90X, X2, and X3. I may try it next until I can I buy the stuff required for BodyBeast

Just finished my insanity max workout tonight and I tweaked my back pretty bad. I'm hoping I can foam roll it out
