I don’t see it that way. While i struggle to make my way through this religio-moral forest, I am optimistic that there is a clear path ahead to walk. I believe that the Catholic Church was the church that Jesus founded. Just not sure the current version is still it.

I am also content to know that because I’m human, I can struggle with it all without guilt. I don’t go to church as often. I sometimes go at odd times now though.

The church needs to go through some reformation. It needs to get a handle on their own morality.
Through that they can regain the trust of its members.
It’ll take some time.
