I've had one for about five years now. It's held up pretty well. It was a two level model and I think I paid around $1600 plus they had shipping for $100.

I priced out the lumber and hardware to build it myself and it wasn't much cheaper. Plus everything was pre-cut. Other than lighting striking the main beam I haven't had any issues with it.
