Look at my pic above. It should be in a similar area near the low side port. But I'd put soapy water on it and see if it bubbles first.
ETA- sorry, that was on a chevy and I assumed. This is on my 2010 Tundra. It's on the high side in this case, and a lot lower in the system. So the reason I didn't see dye on the chevy wouldn't apply here. Check around with soapy water before changing it

You can't miss the dye when you inject it into the cooling system with the kit I've used.
