Baby shampoo and conventional eye drops burn like hell when I put them in my eyes.

Systane and prednisone drops are about the only thing I can put in my eye that doesn't burn like fire.

My eye doctor recommends Systane and a low salt diet.

She said stay away from the drops that say they take the red out. Those actually make it worse.

All you need is re wetting drops and you can use as often as needed

Dry eye is caused by inflammation.

Most inflammation is caused by diet.

Try Whole30 and see if that helps your symptoms.

Drops are just a temporary fix.
