How is the Louisiana bar not filing ethics charges against the attorneys in the DA's office here? This is an embarrassment to the profession.

This is what Kim gardener did, but her biggest scam. Was that a bunch of lawyers in her office left, so she pick and chose which cases would not get a new lawyer, or just didn't even look to see which cases had no lawyer.
Defendant goes to court, no prosecutor. No one scheduled, judge drops case. It happened a lot, so black defendants got off scot free.

Actually, felon in possession of a firearm is a federal offense. This should be referred to the ATF and US Attorney for federal prosecution.
Just bypass this scam.
Then refer these lapses to the Attorney General of Louisiana as non-feasance or malfeasance cases. Make it difficult to sabotage the people's interests.
