The mexican restaurant we eat at occasionally has one next door. There is no possible way they arent engaging in prostitution in side. Last night at 7 we pulled in, at the exact time two Asian women (no where near as attractive as the ones in the OP) walked in and as we left the restaurant two guys walked in looking like they rode together.......no body is going out for a massage at 8pm.

Generally it is not, at least the way it is done in rub and tug. The customer pays for a massage. Up front, before anything else the customer pays for the massage. During the massage the masseuse (prostitute, whore, girlfriend, whatever you call her) gets a little clumsy and "accidentally" makes incidental contact with one's nether regions. If the customer freaks out and bolts for the door he was there for a massage only. That is rarely the case. If he responds in a manner which suggests more of those sorts of accidents would not be frowned upon the masseuse will eventually get bold enough to intentionally touch the customer's nether regions. At this point it is hard to imagine what law has been broken...it is entirely possible that everyone just so happened to find someone who enjoyed a similar sexual proclivity. Many times this is all that is on the menu....with of course a happy ending. Again, hard to imagine how that would be illegal, 2 consenting adults, no money has exchanged hands for any sort of sexual activity, it just happnened during the massage which is a perfectly legal purchase. No matter how the massage ends a tip is customary...again, not illegal, even if she did jerk you off you are tipping her for the massage...or not tipping her at all, which is apparently something that happens pretty frequently. Where a crime is close to being committed is when the massuese leans into the customer and whispers in his ear "what do you want" and when he says sex, oral, anal, vaginal or some combination, and she tells him how much it will cost, they have both broken a law, in my understanding, if he says whatever she wants and she blows him or has sex and he simply leavse some money on the chair in the room its a grey area....but most people would pay a hefty fine to keep it out of the news LOL.
How any of this is illegal in a free nation is a mystery. It may be disgusting, it may be immoral, it may be funny, what it ought not be is illegal. If it is going to be illegal they really should make cases against the customers....simply exposing them would shut the places down immediately....but that NEVER happens unless of course the customer is someone famous and they local authorities can make some hay when the sun is shining. The corruption that allows these places to operate in almost every community in the United States is far more detrimental to law and order than someone paying someone for a hand job....

When is the last time any man and his buddy were sitting around at 730 on a Tuesday night and one of them said "Lets go get massages together" and show up at 8 PM? The answer is NEVER. Massages were not the intent. Not ever. Not even gay men would do that....they might go to a spa, they ain't going to "Golden Hands Full Body Massage" in a strip mall next door to an Asian grocery store and Mexican Restaurant....
It is really amazing that sooooo many adults are completely unaware of this simple fact....and it is very common and in every community of any size across the US. If there is an Asian themed massage parlor in your community which opens early in the mornings, say 10 or earlier, and closes past 9 PM you have a full-service brothel operating in your community with the acknowledgement and acceptance of the local authorities who are responsible for preventing such businesses. The brothel is not selling drugs and it is not involved in human trafficking because those are serious crimes that small town corrupt cops aren't going to overlook for the small amount of money they are paid to overlook the brothel...hell, in many instances services on demand for free or a reduced rate is probably all the payment they get. Most people never stop to think why that small, older brick house alongside the major highway but just on the outskirts of town is an Asian Massage parlor which is open at 6 AM and closes and 2 AM and why there is a steady stream of pick up trucks coming for a massage....but any adult who is not naive as a child knows damn well what's going on. We overlook it because it ought not be illegal to begin with....the problem is the authorities are corrupt in letting it happen.

When I was about 17 and 18 years old I wired several combination rub and tugs / tanning and nail salons around the Chambodia (Chamblee / Doraville) area of Atlanta. The family that owned them were VERY wealthy...they lived in what was a multi-million $ home in the Tuxedo Park neighborhood of Atlanta. They had immigrated to the Atlanta area when Saigon fell....I always figured they had some information on some prominent politician stemming from the Vietnam war and were paid a lot to keep hush about it. Anway they "sponsored" young women from mostly Vietnam but also China and paid for their travel to the Atlanta area. They were basically indentured servants working in those storefronts. They lived in the business, ate almost all meals in them and were pretty much free to come and go as they pleased....many of them dated men in the area. I was mesmerized by them....they were about my age but all of them were, officially, older than 18 (that is doubtful but they had papers saying it and the officials accepted those documents). For the most part they were drop dead gorgeous in the way that young Asian women tend to be and I was in love with every last one of them LOL. They would tease me no end but I never got a "massage" from any of them...at the time they seemed like grown women to me.
