Same with my wife but it's from Isaac. SHe was in her home in Laplace with her mom and water started pouring in through the front door. Now anytime there is a storm she gets nervous about flooding.

Time to move on from this! I think after katrina alot of higher ups didnt want to look like the ones from katrina. Better safe than sorry is the new theme for hurricanes.
