re: OLOL’s LSU donation seems shady

Retaining experienced staff seems like a cost-effective way to improve the services already in place but neither matter is a priority. They are content with barely adequate as long as they can convince the public to keep the donations rolling in…guess it’s cheaper to settle malpractice and safety lawsuits than prevent the conditions that make them necessary.
