Well that and people in other countries don't eat near the amount of processed food that we eat here in the US.

I’m not trying to sound like a hippy liberal, but our govt allows stuff to be sold as/in food that a lot of European countries don’t allow

Plus there are like 100x more fast food places here than across the pond.

PS thank you for not saying “change my mind”. But it’s basically the same thing

Laziness is an epidemic; obesity is mostly a result of laziness

You could have communicated your point without your nose in the air like your shite don't stink slick. You are absolutely correct but come on bro. Heck, I get negative comments about my weight almost daily at work because people think I am too thin. I am 6'1" and I weigh 148 pounds. I eat a cup of Greek yogurt and a cup of black coffee or espresso for breakfast and a peanut butter sandwich (no jelly) for lunch. I cook dinner every evening and we just don't do fast food. I may splurge on a pulled pork bbq sandwich every once in awhile but mostly prepare our meals myself. I guess it wouldn't hurt for me to gain a few pounds but I feel good at this size.
