If you change his initials around, instead of JB, it's BJ.

Huh? To my knowledge, the Cajun Navy has never asked for anything. People realized they needed more resources, knowing that they were paying out of pocket for it, that they decided to do their part by pitching in to give them the resources they need to keep doing what they went there to do.
