North Blvd @ River Road Traffic Light

When driving on North Blvd towards the river, no one can trigger the sensor to get the light to change because people are parked in the travel lane. With the recent construction, they shifted the lane to the right and covered up the meters with No Parking signs, but they're obviously being ignored. Any idea when/if BR police start enforcing this?

Passed by there yesterday and didn’t see any parking signs but there were people parking which was obviously the only EB travel lane
