Per day!

It's their choice. Has the illegal nature of drugs made them unattainable?

Really all this does is free up police for other, more important shite.

Does it? If still law can’t the police still arrest people for it and shouldn’t they keep arresting if still part of law? That’s their job. DA has another.

I disagree with police and DA not following law. The law should be changed by the respective legislative body not police, DA, mayor, and so on.

So you think your wife should be arrested for sucking your dick.

Interesting.

It is still illegal.

You can still be arrested for possession.

DA is just going to drop the charges when it gets to them.

Well for one it doesn’t happen and for another I don’t live in NO.

But yes. I think the laws should be changed not the execution or prosecution of them, but nice try.

The laws on unnatural acts are still the same though.

Supreme Court has ruled, but the laws are the same.

I think that’s wrong and lazy if just legislating through the bench. Though obviously some laws can have parts struck out as unconstitutional with remaining still the law, and of course the DA and police aren’t Supreme Court.

Your quote below including mine mentioning police and DA, but again nice try.

And my wife obviously believes she would be arrested.

Hate how elected officials are handcuffed but appointed are given free range.

So democratic.
