I don’t think my house in the middle of Chalmette will be affected that much… the people who will be most affected live in like a 200 person neighborhood across the Violet canal from everybody else in Violet which isn’t even that big itself. The elementary school can be rebuilt, the Violet park can be rebuilt… the SOS organization made itself a punchline by claiming those things would be such big deals

Now we do need the new road… it will help the lower end of the parish grow, because the white population is gradually being pushed down there.

I believe a lot of the employees of the new facility will eventually move down here… where are these middle class people gonna live? Slidell and commute every day?
