Ambergris Caye in Belize has been doing this for a while, they call it the Truck Stop. It’s packed all the time.

Wonder how he got around the commercial use building inspection requirements.

Ceiling heights, emergency exits, ventilation, fire requirements, ADA ramps, doors, bathrooms, etc.
