My sister and Brother in law just got arse raped on a lot that butted up against theirs. The road where they live it is nice houses in the 350-500K range on 1-2 acre lots but it is in the country so there no restrictions. Seller knew they had them by the balls because you gotta protect your property. Some trash may have run into some money and will park a tralier there and there is nothing you can do about it. They took no chances.
