Needs some ideas on automatic door locks for commercial glass doors

Looking for ideas of a locking system, perhaps a magnetic locking system, that allows people to leave the building/rental space but requires an unlocking mechanism (key, card, code, etc) to enter the work area

check out HID access control systems
it's not off the shelf, and you'll need a professional installer, but despite all the fancy bells and whistle high end shite they have, they also do have some very basic cost-effective products
