This. Probably a little trigger finger. I developed a small case in my pinkies during a bout with anxiety. They still "pop" a little bit when I try to bend just my pinkies, but nothing too bad.

It'll probably go away on its own, but if it hurts, I'd recommend a doctor just to be safe.
