How many gallons of Kitchen Bouquet did they use?

KB was used both times at the Jambalaya Festival. It is hard to brown 1600+ lbs of meat on an open fire. The first year(2007 or 2008) was a bad jambalaya but the jambalaya cooked in 2009 was pretty damn good.

And if they only used 600 lbs of rice then they didn't beat any record. I had to go check. We cooked 650 lbs. On open fire. In a syrup kettle.

Dude, the Mississippi gulf coast is Louisiana. We don’t claim the south part of the state.

Honestly, Louisiana should trade away north La for the Ms gulf coast. I doubt Ms would go for it, but they’d get plenty of land and rednecks if they did.
