Feel your pain on this WylieTiger... I had an ex-employee who would call out and leave all the time for every little thing. I'm getting a migraine, I have a fever today, my son is sick etc. etc.... way above what any normal situation would possibly be. I started calling her on it and she started literally sending me pictures of her thermometer the coming up with excuses that I couldn't track or trace...my daughter has a stalker and he just stopped by her work I need to go, my son got bullied today I need to go right now and talk to the principal before he leaves for the days... huge "heart wrenching" tales you really couldn't ask for documentation of and would have a hard time saying no to....all this to say I started making it difficult for her, saying no when I could and making her go to staff to tell them she needed them to cover her client which she hated doing cause she then had to deal with colleagues that were sick of her shite... she now works for another clinic that I imagine she will quit before too long when they stop letting her get away with her bullshite
