This is every hour for me except my eyes are usually good until I'm about to get sick because they are the first symptom every time.
Songs or lyrics are constantly running in my head until something (think out of the ordinary) happens and they turn into parodies. They tend to happen once or twice a month.
Couple months ago right as I was about to leave for work I found myself singing

shite myself today
I thought it was a fart
I told them I could make it in.
