Step 1- let the damn thing cool off (at least an hour)
Step 2- fill the coolant to the proper level.
Step 3- drive for an hour or so to ensure the engine gets hot and to give it time to leak or burn coolant (worse) if there’s an issue
Step 4- let the damn thing cool off.
Step 5- check level, if you’ve lost coolant you have a problem. Take to a mechanic because you obviously don’t have skills if you’re asking for help here

If you don’t change the flux capicator you are wasting time.

Some of the earlier models had some issues with the coolant lines to the turbos. It’s a possibility wouldn’t be visible leaks if so.

Yep

Torque pro or forscan can see if your boost is low.

Waste gate maybe stuck open on turbo burning coolant off.

Has your fuel mileage been dropping off?

Lookup "ecoboost coolant intrusion" and begin to feel your a-hole pucker.

The Ecoboost from '17-'20 (they fixed it for the '20 model year) has a well documented issue, most common with the 2.0, from a defect in the design of the engine block and cylinder head, as well as an inadequate seal on the head, which then allows coolant to seep into the combustion chambers. Basically end up needing to replace the block. They went from a closed deck pre '17 to an open deck, which is when the problems started.

I think the 6 cylinder has a closed deck though, but I'd still look into it, especially if it keeps eating coolant.

Not saying I fixed it but after the fill to the minimum line had no fan rev up on drive into work. Same mileage 30 miles in and actually higher speeds with less traffic. Both fans spinning when I parked and all gauges were at normal levels. Only difference is it was 62 degrees versus 78 on the way home. Check fluids and they are still the same.
