Did it start fine?
The door not opening fully is a little crazy., unless you have some fancy detail package that has auto-opening doors.
It might be a case that your key fob is dying. Replace the battery and see if it goes away.
The worst case is that it could be your ECM going bad. That's not a cheap fix.
