UPDATE!
Thanks to Grapevine Tiger, I was able to find a dealer that does not charge these fees. They are building us a custom Tahoe for MSRP. The trade in for our Cadillac was a pleasant surprise!

One of the OT Ballers will buy that Bronco for $5K under list, and come on here bragging about how they bought a Bronco under list and got 10K more on their trade in than they paid for it…
