His pride and narcissism forces him to always tell you what he’s planning to do. He tells you one for the narcissistic joy of letting you know how great his plan is and two because he’s so blinded by pride he can’t imagine his plans don’t come true and three he believes that by telling everyone his plans and them refusing to stop them the people are therefore accepting and complicit in those plans.
