I use them when possible. They are not only cheaper than other drug stores, even with insurance, they also prompt you to renew a prescription about midway through, instead of waiting until you are almost out.

They don't carry every drug, but if they carry the ones you use on a regular basis, they are worth using.

I know many on here are already award of this company, but I finally looked at what I normally pay with Costco Pharmacy and/or Amazon Pharmacy, and it's incredible the amount of savings I saved by using CostPlus.

Complacency is my excuse for why I didn't do this sooner. How do they do it? Why can't a company like Amazon Pharmacy be as competitive?

What are the drawbacks here? The only thing I can think of is if you need a Rx the same day.

I use Amazon for my 84 YO Dad's prescriptions...he has about 10 a month. He bitches about the cost constantly but he has about $4500 a month in income, pays NOTHING to live and has no bills other than spoiling his great grandkids (not my kids kids yet) so when he bitches about it I casually mention its the extra $100 a month that Amazon costs compared to WalMart or WalMart and he can donate about $1000 a month for room and board. He calls me all manner of shite for it but takes the point....

It’s a joke I shopped every generic I take and they couldn’t come close to my grocery chain pharmacy my store on average was 60% cheaper

My dad's RX cost about $400 a month at WalMart or CVS or Kroger...all about the same, WalMart probably a little on the cheaper side but pretty close. At Amazon they cost about $500 a month....but they bring them to the front door so I do not have to go to a pharmacy. Thats the best $100 my Dad ever spent LOL. He ain't happy about it, starts in with the "I am on a fixed income" as if every working person in the world ain't on a fixed income, but when I mention my hourly rate of pay and what it could cost for me to travel to walmart, pick them up, pay and travel back he'd be about $400 over Amazon he calls me everything but a child of God and storms to his 440 square foot bedroom with attached private full bath and free internet, streaming TV and his own heat and AC, which he pays NOTHING toward, and broods over my inattention to his dire financial straits....usually with a couple of sandwiches and drinks he got in the kitchen made with ingredients he paid bupkus for.

Recently, a drug I take for triglycerides went from $40 a month to $240. My doctor looked at Mark Cuban's and BlinkRx and found BlinkRx to be more cost-effective for this drug. I now get it for about a quarter of what I was paying CVS.

Thankfully, No ongoing RX meds needed. BUT, I would certainly do Mark Cubans CostPlus if needed. Prior to CostPlus, I would just order them from Canada. It;s totally legal and a 90 day supply is cheaper than a 30 day supply from the US.
