Just through the years I can see how it has changed. It’s not as it once was and is getting worse overall. I remember riding bikes all all over and traffic wasn’t what it is now. West Napoleon was mostly still dirt. I’m old. Crime seems higher, unless it’s the internet just getting it out there quicker. The schools were ok and full of neighborhood kids. Now you don’t dare use them.
