Jesus Christ. Roger I've always respected you on here. Agree mostly, but not all the time. But always felt you were reasonable when discussing things. You literally are acting like some people you hate on here.

I didn't say you can shoot someone for refusing to comply. I said you could if he was driving at an officer. You know that's what I said. You asked if there was anything in the video that could dispute trigger happy cops. I said yes, video doesn't show if cop in direction of where he was driving. That would make it possibly justified. Not that it is, but until that's known, can't say trigger happy cops. You then deflect and try to say I said if you're leaving you don't deserve to get shot.

Go back and read my posts and your responses. I'm being serious. You're better than this.

The problem Festus is that people have decided that non compliance is reason enough, I apologize if you aren't in that group.

Mentally ill don't always make the best decisions, but cops don't either. I am bothered by the fact that shootind when given a reason is considered to be a proper reaction.

The Anchorage police department changed policy regarding shooting unarmed drivers after a video came out showing a driver being killed moving away from a cop. The driver was stuck in a snowbank, the cop got behind him and the vehicle passed by the cop who moved out of the way. The driver obviously wasn't trying to hit anyone but died anyway.

Officers reported that Hess refused officer commands, made erratic statements and tried to strike officers at least twice with his vehicle, DeVine said.
Don't try to run over a cop and you'll be fine dumbass.

Rouzan said Hess grew up in the Memphis area not far from where he was killed. He'd been living in Texas and New Orleans and was traveling to Memphis, probably to visit family, when the shooting occurred,

This attorney sounds like a real winner. I've never heard of travelling from New Orleans to Memphis via 412 in Crockett County, TN.

I can say with absolute certitude that mine and those of anyone I have ever known, of any race, will not.

Obviously he was having mental issues. Cops aren't equipped to deal with that. If it's a threat they fire.

He had Biplor Disorder . He was probably psychotic

Rodger has spent a little time in the penal system where he did not take a vow of chastity if you know what I mean.

He has a different point of view of law enforcement than you do.
