I'm slowly introducing carbs back in, idk if I like it too much.
Carbs fckk with my ability to wake up fresh in the morning, also my mood from ups/downs in blood sugar.
However, I'm dropping too much weight much too quickly as I'm doing sometimes 2 cardio sessions with lifting daily.
