Trying to ease muscle aches I went to the gym Saturday you know my gym days aren't anything like what they used to be but I keep trying to do something

And the arthritis is really starting up on the left side of my body now since it's been carrying all the work/weight and I think I strained a little something in my shoulder

I was never bothered much by pain it was just something that with playing sports or being active happened
but it got better

now it's just really exhausting having been in pain for 4 and a half years sleep is one of the things that get sacrificed the only way to address it is drugs and those combined with the drugs I'm taking for pain


It's not healthy,,,,

I'm sure you know what I'm describing it's just uh I'm
my own nurse
my own dr
my own therapist
my own cook
my own priest
my own left-handed girlfriend

it's just a lot of jobs I'm doing and I've not had a vacation from any of them

heard any good jokes lately?

that's a lot owlie. You're a strong minded person though- and that is often times the difference in degrees of recovery.

gosh I did the other day when I was running and I cannot remember it for the life of me now.

there prob is an amazon book out there of the psychology of being denied the ability to respond to someone saying something negative about you.

Im willful It's not always a positive and I'm have accepted that wilful nature in my past may have been what led to my situation now
Not the stroke but the isolation/ the loneliness


I didn't have family and in a situation like this it's family that is going to be there for you
