“Police said Moreno, who was involved in the crash, started fighting one of the other drivers. Another driver intervened and tried to stop the fight but was stabbed by Moreno, according to police.
Around the same time, a Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) employee saw the crash and stopped to assist. Moreno then got into the TxDOT employee's vehicle, hit the employee and crashed, police said.
Another driver saw the TxDOT employee get hit and stopped to help. That's when Moreno entered that driver's vehicle and hit the driver, police said.”
