that squishmillow in the picture was gifted to me like a month and a half ago from the friend that I mentioned had passed away of cancer she and her daughter were sitting around reminiscing about her mother's friends when she was a child and she is always remembered me and was talking about me because once when her mother was canceling a date because a babysitter wasn't going to show I was already coming over and was bringing some Brats dols... horrible things

But it had been mentioned to me that her kid really liked those and they had had a hard time finding certain ones

Anyway I still came over that night and just spent most of the evening on the floor playing with her daughter and they were reminiscing about that recently and she wanted to send me a squishmellow because apparently they were talking about that brat's dolls were like the squishmellows of their time I didn't really understand all that part but my friend that passed it specifically found one that looked like Sophie

so I got that going for me

yeah Sophie and Rosie the cat before her,, I had to earn their trust

I like Sophies sass.. I mean she is a woman there's no doubt she's very demanding and fussy
but late at night she's comes for cuddles


But earning affection is better than just being the recipient of slobbers IMO
