Ok. But that isn’t the case here. The only two people who would have that would not do that… I’m 100% positive of that. I just think that somehow the bank found out she passed and closed out the acct so there would be zero access.

Make and appt and go meet with branch manager in person. If not resolved then, or even before you go, call the number NDT posted and cal for pro bono attorney help.
