I know you’re right but I’m trying to have to energy to leave my house still. Want to wait until my stomach stretches enough to eat sufficient food for anything before I add another complaint to keep me home.

I clench and chew bubble gum while playing tennis. The more I’m focused, the harder I chew. My partner knows I’m in the zone when my jaw starts popping. I don’t even notice.

I will say this abt braces, I lost a shite ton of weight the first time I had them bc my mouth hurt so damn bad and I can already tell this is going to be the same way with the aligners. And I really don't need to lose any weight- but I can tell I will likely drop abt 10-15 lbs over the next month.

I need to realign my bottom teeth. They have started to move around again. Add Invisalign to the short list for next year once my life returns to normal. I can handle anything else right now. I’m struggling just to leave the house these days.

I have no idea honestly. Started having severe migraines 2-3 times a week abt 10 years ago- and through process of elimination- found out it's my jaw joint.
