Listen, I was kidding about the milk and the cheese, I don't like the taste of milk to drink, but I still cook with it, but that statement is just gross. We eat plenty of meat in my household, but I believe in humane treatment for the animals who provide that resource, and that there is room for improvement in their transport and the way they are put down, but the treatment of calves in veal production is disgusting, and its consumers should be publically shamed more often than fat people and smokers.

its most definitely a flawed system, I'm not even remotely denying that, but comparing the flaws in chicken farming to the torture of calves veal production is apples and oranges.
