It is impossible to express in words what a LSD trip is like.

I did some mescaline one time on spring break. Fuk dat shite, I thought I would never be normal again. The first few hours were cool but after 12 hours and the bushes and walls and sand are all crawling it was time for that trip to end. No amount of beer or weed could offset the trip. Never again, never again

This is why it is very important to have someone who isn't tripping be your guide so they can calm you down when you think the trip will never end or begin freaking out during the trip.

As another poster mentioned, you lose all concept of time. It is all the now and it can be very scary to think you will never come down.

LSD also causes the death of the ego.

It can be an amazing experience but it is a very dangerous drug and it can really frick your head up if you are not secure in your beliefs.

I don't recommend taking LSD, however, if you do take LSD, may you use it well.

Well, I don't know what acid was like in the 70's but it wasn't as good as that in the 90's.

I disagree.

The early types of LSD such as white ozzie, purple haze and sunshine were all very powerful and just a little would cause hallucinations.

Oh yeah, people could have mass hallucinations while on LSD.

Someone could walk down the sidewalk with their friends and one person would say, "Let's all agree to make ourselves small" and then everyone became small.

I never saw anything that wasn't actually there. More like walls looking like they're melting or patterns appearing to swirl and move.

You just didn't take enough.

Depends on what you're looking to get out of it. Are you looking for a fun, party experience, or are you looking to get an introspective reality check? Your mindset heading in will determine the experience.

If you are just doing it for the frick of it, then I would advise you to make sure that you're in a comfortable spot and in a great mood heading in. Satisfy these requirements and you will most likely have a good time. Senses will be heightened, colors will be vivid, and music will sound awesome. You may get some weird visual distortions depending on dosage.

Want to go deep? Make sure you are in the correct headspace. Up the dosage, be prepared for the strangeness. Whatever you have lied to yourself about or you know to be true about yourself - be prepared to face it head on. Psychedelics can teach you a lot, but you won't learn anything that you don't already know to be true about yourself.

My dad always said to do shrooms and not Las. The shrooms are a much more natural trip. That's all I've git.

Psilocybin is much more linear (like build up peak and comedown) almost story like imo

LSD is like "snap" youre there

this is just from my experience
