Bruh, I went to the gym today after work. I'm usually avoid the 5-7pm rush. Half the damn place was people sitting on machines playing on cell phones. 
I'm about to switch back to lap swim. Only thing I deal with there is frat boys snapping shirtless mirror selfies.

I mixed some Simply Limeade with some Simply Lemonade and made a popsicle.
Other than the carbs from whey protein these are the only carbs I've had all day. Tastes like heaven.

They were tearing up the pogies. Some nights we have hundreds of shad schooling in circles, other nights it's 5-6 gar.
