funny dog story...

I work at the Police Department Garage...

As soon as we open at 7am and guy shows up and drops off this puppy that he found on the side of the road.

It looks like some kind of shepherd mix... huge ears, but his muzzle was pretty wide and he had a truncated tale...

I gave him about half a gallon of water and 2 ham sandwiches... he showed his gratitude but shitting on the shop floor.

...anyway we planned on turning him over to animal control at 8am when they opened, but the patrol supervisor took a picture of the dog and sent it to his wife.

That little bastard has a new home now. It was a small joy for such a shitty week.

ETA: he was half german shepherd/ blue heeler... ole boy is gonna be a handful

It was a good thing... the night before the 17 year old daughter of a well liked family was killed by a drunk driver.

I didn't know her but my GF did. I drive by the accident site on my way to work every morning. Friday afternoon they had both o the vehicles back out there recreating the crash. Surreal.

She was in a Mustang and she got T-boned by a 1/2 ton dodge Ram. Poor girl died on the operating table.

The driver of the truck was charged with murder.

I've never seen an animal with larger ears outside of the zoo.

And this is why me and women don't get along.

Im Delayed 2 hours(10 hours total)...the gf picks me up...then before I can go home...we have to go to hospital so that she can put in her hours. She forgot on Friday. ..had all day today to do it. ..but instead took her brothers kids for the day so that he could watch soccer.

His wife works on the weekend.

I'm sitting in a parking garage waiting for her
