The LEO TOLD the guy he was going to have his partner walk the dog around his car "because you've been in trouble in the past".

Besides, didn't he say he was arrested for dope like a week ago? Is it unreasonable to think that a guy with a history of dope who had been arrested recently for dope may just have dope in his possession?
