Derek Todd Lee was a white male driving a white van.
Eye witness said the DC Sniper was in a cream-colored van with a malfunctioning taillight, and said the shooter used an AK-47 rifle. The shooter was described as dark or olive-skinned complexion, leading him to believe the sniper was Hispanic or of Middle Eastern descent.

In the other thread I mentioned my sister was managing at another casino (Silver 7s) and the security at all the properties communicated with each other. In this case they had several reports from casinos nowhere near the Mandalay and everyone went into lock down. At first I attributed it to people being able to hear the gunshots and assuming it was near them. What I cannot get is that I clearly remember a video of people running in Caesars (by Cleopatra's Barge to be exact) and then never saw it again.
