Thinking of bringing the kids downtown Saturday to check this parade out. Have any of you ever been to this one? I have two little ones I want to bring.

Is it kid friendly for the most part? I have only been to one parade in my life.

Krewe of Mystique rolled this PAST Saturday and it was kid friendly. Mainly an old person parade (retired vets throwing beads) with the exception of the few hip hop dance teams sprinkled in.

And Spanishtown, while not kid unfriendly, may have them asking questions you might not be ready to answer
