Holy crap. I just looked and its $30 cheaper on your site than 1-800-PetMeds.

That's nuts. Thank you.

You're welcome. Same manufacturer. Same product. Just different packaging.

I ordered a dog crate over 5 weeks ago and just found out that is too large for my dog and our room. Wife doesn't like it, but dog just recently started sleeping in it.

Contacted Chewy to learn what are my options. One customer service chat and a full refund was issued. The only catch? They asked me to donate dog crate to local animal shelter, which I will gladly do.

to Chewy. This is the only place that will get my business for both of my pets (food, treats, toys, nail trimmer, crates, etc.).

I had similar experience - couldn't believe what I was hearing on the other end of the phone from the Chewy.com CSR. I told them they have a customer for life in me.

Will Cover somehow I knew you were gonna say Chewy before I got to the mention of the company name. We had a stupid cat that finally died and my wife had two cases of cat food that the cat wouldn't even eat. She called the company to ask if she could return it. They did not want it back, but issued a full refund and said they prefer we donate it to a shelter. Then they sent a sympathy for the loss of our pet postcard. That is top notch customer service.

To stick with the topic, Vitacost is another company I can think of that provides impeccable customer service. Everytime I have ever had an issue they resolve it instantly to my satisfaction. They are like the online Walmart of the health food and nutritional supplement world if you have never heard of them. They were recently bought by Kroger, but have maintained the level of customer service I have always known and come to expect from them.

And I know its off topic Will Cover, but I thought you might enjoy this since you are the TD best response ever to red light tickets.

The food I feed my boys is $15-20 cheaper on Chewy than at Petco or on Amazon.

Guess I found my new pet store.

Thanks man.

petfooddirect is similar to chewy, and I found them to be a little cheaper last time I shopped. Can't comment on their customer service, though.

I have my auto ship orders ready to go. Just ordered another home-based, dog Crate and travel crate.

However, I do order my flea medicine from Pet-i-Supply.com - can't beat their pricing on Trifexis and Comfortis.

Vet essentially wants $22.00 per pill for Trifexis and I can get it for less than $11.00 per pill.

What's the catch here? I just spent about $18/pill for a 12 month supply of 10-20lb Trifexis from my vet after a $35 rebate.

No catch, except that it takes about 2 weeks to receive your order (coming from Australia).

Just fed my Doberman her Trifexis today with her breakfast. No issues whatsoever and considerably less expensive than anywhere else.

Just an FYI for people my vet price matches online prices for trifexis.. . Might be worth an ask so you don't have to wait for shipping.

If that were the case with mine, I'd certainly buy local. But unfortunately, it isn't.
