Subtle brag, but I've spent a fair amount of time in Italy for work. Some of them have said that they like the way English sounds. I don't think it's anywhere close as to how good Italian sounds to the ear though.

Imagine a combination of Dutch and German. That's what English sounds like to non speakers.
