Our office hosted a deposition for another lawyer in a case where a truck tire blew off and went clear through somebody's house. Miraculously nobody hurt.

Are we seeing much more blown out tire scraps on I-12/10? Is no one picking it up or is it happening more frequently? Are truckers “running to failure”?
We always called them “road gators”.
