Can you point to a time in the past when there was far less population that starvation and poverty was not widespread?
there were roughly 230 million people living on the African continent in 1950

today there are 1.5 billion

do you think there are fewer impoverished, undernourished Africans in 2024, or 75 years ago?

100% there are fewer today, especially as a percentage of the population.

Is it your contention that the world is less prosperous today than 75 years ago?

your math may be a little suspect

if the poverty rate was 100% in Africa in 1950, then there would be 230 million impoverished people there

if it was only 20% today there would be >300 million living in poverty

is it your contention that the poverty rate for blacks in Africa in 2024 is less than it is for blacks in the US?
