The best people have imposter syndrome because they are always willing to re-evaluate what they are doing and course-correct.

It’s a blessing to have a doctor with it as a patient. For example. So they don’t kill you with more of what’s not working.

this is why I work for myself. I truly can't handle someone reviewing me even when I excel. I constantly think I am about to be fired even as a top performer.

Is this simply managing your fear of failure born from your fear of criticism if you do not succeed?

Thus, when you learn how to manage criticism from others, then you will be more confident.
