I place a specialty order, so I know it is made "fresh." Otherwise, you get one of the items that has been waiting for you.

I learned early on that since it's fast food, the difference in taste (except fries) between fresh and premade is negligible, but that the difference in wait time for a "fresh" item ("Just pull up and your order will be right out") and premade is not.
