If you live off of Juban you can not get home

A roadblock is set up just past Buddy Ellis. No traffic is allowed southbound on Juban. You have some pissed off residents, lined up in their vehicles, waiting to get back home or to their evacuation sites. If you live off Juban and leave to go get supplies you will not be allowed to return for a few hours according to the one of the officers on scene.
