Check the liquid for Polysorbate 80
Common additive and in Zatarains. Linked to IBS, a trigger for Crohns, and linked to allergic reactions I some. Google has a ton of info.

Good call. Zatarains liquid boil has polysorbate 80. My bumps are also nasty.
