Assuming the scratch was from the car wash and not there already but covered by dirt/grime, it'll likely buff out. If it was a truly touchless wash, it should not be able to scratch all the way through the topcoat. Try some Meguiar's scratch-x for starters, if that doesn't clear it a DA polisher with a cutting pad and mild abrasive polish may work.
ETA: For anyone who really cares about scratches/etching in their paint, avoid auto car washes like the plague. Scratch factories.
